Staff was amazing - kind and helpful. There was an issue with the pool when we arrived. The pool area was originally the reason we booked the hotel, so this was a huge disappointment. However, staff quickly fixed it and were able to open the pool. Rooms are comfy, clean and huge and we had a balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool area is really great and the pool is huge and deep and thus great for both playing and actual swimming. The fitness room was also good and had more equipment than we have seen in other similar hotels. We also liked the complementary coffee and tea available all offers in reception. This place was around half the price of the surrounding hotels and we got a lot more than we feel that we paid for.

Mai

We loved the open interior grounds of the property, with our patio so close to the pool and hot tub (both of which were very clean and family friendly). The ease and comfort of having the outdoors so close was really lovely. It had an awesome modern, yet mid-century vibe to it that was nostalgic and comfortable. We loved the casting ability for television and the coffee bar. The staff were kind and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again next time we travel.

Cristal

We loved the room and easy access to the pool! We also loved the coffee station and breakfast area. This is the only hotel I've been to that has a coffee machine that serves different coffee strengths and best part is every cup is fresh!! Best way to start your day or wind down at night. The staff is very friendly too.

Cortez

This is a very nice hotel that we booked during our round trip through California. We intended to stay here only for 1 day but extended our stay to 3 nights. The room is very space and newly decorated. The bathroom is clean and of a good quality. The hotel has plenty of free parking places all around the building.

The room was very nice. Could have used some additional items...like a pen and pad because I like to leave a tip each day for the room service and I like to write a thank you note to them so they know it's okay to take the cash. Also...it would be nice to have Q-Tips or a bar of soap.
